Refunds are processed to the original method of payment or if that is not possible we will send you a check. Please allow refunds to be processed within 3 to 7 business days.
Payment Plans:
If a product or service is purchased utilising a monthly payment plan/installments the customer is responsible for 100% of agreed-upon payments equalling the original purchase price of the product. If any payments are not received, the entire purchase is void and the payments made up to that point are forfeited to the KaChing Academy and will not be refunded. Access to any digital product or platform will be removed until the outstanding balance is paid.
Term and Termination
This license agreement takes effect upon your use of the Course Materials or Documentation and remains effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying all copies of the Course Materials and Documentation in your possession. It will also automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this license agreement. You agree on termination of this license to destroy all copies of the Course Materials and Documentation in your possession.
Refund Eligibility
Eligibility for the 100% money-back guarantee is contingent on watching less than 25% of the course material you purchased and not logging in to use the course after the 14 day period. (ALL DISCOUNTED PURCHASES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE).
Disputes
This license agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, as it is applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within such jurisdiction.
To the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate KaChing Academy. and/or its affiliates' intellectual property rights, KaChing Academy and/or its affiliates may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any English or Welsh court, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
